@  PSU Alumm2 : (17 November 2017 - 11:55 AM)

I placed an order and paid for the License plate holder that is listed on this site on the 15th & to date I have not gotten any shipping info. Also sent an email with no response. Any suggestions? It is through registry market place.
They refunded my money, but I really wanted the license plate holder. I will look elsewhere I guess.

Unless you already have, I would post this under racing ..... but I think you will be fine. I am sure your not the first GT350 to run that track.

@  G3012 : (26 October 2017 - 06:54 PM)

I have had my Metallic GT350 for a little over a year now, and love to drive it. The mountains of Northern CA (Napa, Sonoma, Lake and Mendocino counties) are a drivers dream. I also went to Utah for the 2 day school that was way too much fun. I now am planning on some track days out here in the west, but must meet their sound limits. Sonoma and Thunderhill have a max of 103db, while Laguna Seca are as low as 94 some days. How loud is this monster? Has anyone had any issues on track days for noise? Has anyone been to Sonoma or Thunderhill with their GT350 and had any issues? Thanks for the help,

@  smokum : (24 October 2017 - 03:24 PM)

Any current production car its hard to tell if it will be a collectible or not. I honestly don't see that with the GT350. I dont think it will affect value since it was a warrantied item. Its unfortunate that this is happening but you are getting a new engine which is the right thing to do with Ford. I don't think Ford will replace the car. I suggest if you want a better sample of opinion to start a thread in the appropriate section

@  tedstefaniw : (24 October 2017 - 10:17 AM)

Hey members, would like some Opinions. I purchased my 2016 GT350 late march this year from Levittown Ford NY. I was getting some serious engine knocking noise when starting the car. Had it in the dealer three times, first in July to get it checked, they couldn't diagnose. after keeping the car for days. 2 weeks ago car lost almost all the oil, due to the Oil filter backing out! Most likely due to the excessive engine vibration(rods/lifters?). Destroyed my driveway and my Jobs parking lot. Finally this last time they told me I need a new long block! No problem thay will order new engine. My gripe is I want a new car, I didn't pay over sticker for the best Mustang ever built to get a engine replacement after 6 months. Not to mention , if I ever want to sell the car what this would do to it's resell value. Opinions please?

When upgrading to the "R" calipers, do you need to change the rotors as well, or are they the same for all the 350's?  I'm assuming they're the same, but would like to know before I spend the money.

NO ..... the calipers for the R model are identical to your grey calipers and you dont change the rotors ..... only difference is the color which I love. The red calipers stand out so well its a must

You use the brake pads from the old calipers and snap and play into the red calipers .... real easy

I got mine at cost plus 10 percent ... employee pricing .... with the caliper bolts and all four calipers I paid around $800 plus tax.

On ebay for $1249

http://www.ebay.com/...fNXl5S5&vxp=mtr

so if you can get your local store to order them for you and have them install them they may give you a reduce cost on the calipers since they are getting the install job

Black and Red are probably the top colors to have the R calipers installed.

What I would do is search the net and find a Yellow R and see what you think with the Red calipers.  The gray calipers just blend too much with the rotors and wheels and you cant make them out real well
